I recently was given one of these as a gift. I can say that it really works well and measures the slightest breeze. I have found the thermometer to be accurate to within one degree of every other thermometer I have compared it to. If you plan on shooting at fairly long ranges or shoitgun at forty yds. ( I shoot still target competition, and I have seen times I wish I had known the wind speed AND direction to know how to hold for a shot. believe it or not a stiff wind greatly affects a shotgun shot at 40 yrds. or more) you would do well to have one of these instruments. I highly recommend this product.
