Wind Beyond Belief April 19, 2017

Here in Saratoga Wyo there is a lot of wind. We went to the range just recently and it surprised me how fast the wind was actually blowing.  I thought that it was around 15 mph. But when we tested the wind I learned it was almost 30 plus mph. We simply dialed in the wind and shot just fine.

Doping The Wind December 13, 2016
Reviewer: ralph townsend from las vegas, NV United States
The meat and potatoes of the video is very informative especially John Porter and Mr Tubbs. Being new to doping the wind, some of the other speakers were above my head and got me confused. The greatest take away is understanding how to practice estimating wind both from your shooting position down range to my target or animal. The biggest challenge will be understanding the mirage effect - how to recognize it. Although there are some challenges I am excited to go into the field and apply my new knowledge. Thank you Best of The West.
